Just 5 blocks from the beach in a cul de sac where kids play in the street, this family-friendly house called for plenty of seating and fabrics that would withstand spilled ice cream and sandy feet. The home was occupied by the seller so repurposed what they already had and brought in furnishings to make thee space even more appealing. The super comfortable sofa is perfect for kids and dogs, the lighting modern and inexpensive and the custom art framed by one of our favorite framers.
We utilized primary colors and one of a kind pieces to define space in the open concept home.

A true farmhouse table with antique dining chairs we brought to life with a coat of lemon yellow paint. The vintage hand-painted mirror expands the light. The rope chandelier leaves an amazing patter on the ceiling when light is on, flanked by a couple of brass wall sconces we love.
Storage was important as was breaking up the large open space to create rooms where there aren’t walls. The entry bench holds everything from coats to dog leashes and gives a place to sit down to take off ones’ shoes.
